Planning
Setting out the roadmap for the project by creating the following plans: project plan, resource plan, financial plan, quality plan, acceptance plan and communications plan.

- Ease budgeting and planning with a fixed-price, phased-in, repeatable methodology
Execution
Building the deliverables and controlling the project delivery, scope, costs, quality, risks and issues. This is also the time to start gaining User Acceptance.
- Optimize integration of manufacturing processes to specific SAP ERP modules and functions
- Integration of machines and existing manufacturing systems
Closure
Winding-down the project by releasing staff, handing over deliverables to the customer and completing a post implementation review with lessons learned.
- Provide access to both onsite and web-based training
- Tailor to fit each client's unique business processes and challenges
- Ensure every role is familiar with the system from user to admin to support
